Installing Beacon on iPad

How to install Beacon on your iPad?

1.  Using an iPad, you can add the Beacon app to your home screen via the Safari web browser.  

2.  Open the Safari web browser, and go to the URL (https://beacon.alucio.io).  

3.  Once the site loads, tap the "Export" icon next to the address bar and select "Add to Home Screen." Note that logging in via Safari is not required to add the app.

 

 

4.  Upon adding, the Beacon icon will appear on your device. Now you can begin using the Beacon app with preferred/common touch gestures and actions.

How to uninstall Beacon on your iPad?

1.  Touch and hold the Beacon app on your iPad.

2.  Once the apps start to jiggle, tap the "x" icon to uninstall the application.
